We have 1 sabae who coexists happily with 2 saddle backs (paired but haven't yet laid eggs in four month)
Can the sabae's presence keep the 2 from mating or do you feel they are just not ready.
When the sabae gets too close to the saddles flowerpot the larger of the two twitches in submission. Will this behaviour keep her from becoming female or even make her change from female to male?

I know my clowns didn't lay until my fox face lo died. I do have a 6 line warrser, blue devil, sally foot crab and other crabs he is just the largest and a new mandarin goby. When I got the goby they did stop laying for maybe a week over the normal time. All in a 46 gal tank with live rock and some corals. They don't like anything on their side of the tank. They even nip at my hand if I put it on that side. They do tolerate another clown at night he sleeps with them, in the day light they run him off. Good luck.
