I have a pair of black and white clowns that have started laying eggs in my 100g reef. They're an orange color at first then after a couple days, they look grayish. I think I'm seeing something inside, but not sure. Now the bad thing is when I check hours later, they're gone, but I see no fry...are my hermits or other tankmates eating them? I've thought about taking them out with the green carpet anemone they host, but not sure what size tank would be sufficient. I have a 20g long just sitting here...would that be okay?
